Accommodations

Kitchen/fireplace room:

This is a picture of what you will see when you walk in from the side porch.  It is the two tiered kitchen center island, looking into the adjoining fireplace room.  The center island has stools to accommodate seating for twelve.

Living Room:

The living room is an eclectic space with some new and some old.  The estate sale queen came out in me…:)  The maple hardwood floors are adorned with matching room size art deco rugs, a fun find at a farmhouse estate sale.  Plenty of seating for those late night chats in jammies and slippers OR for the corporate retreat with an easel for brainstorming.  Cable equipped, it will one day have a nice TV…:) 

Fireplace Room:

A cozy room off the kitchen to relax in and solve or forget the worries of the day.  The gas fireplace will warm you up handily while watching an old movie or favorite show on TV.  An easy gathering room to unwind in while dinner is being prepared or the weekend agenda is rolled out. 
 

The Dining Room:

The dining room is conveniently located in the center of the house.  The table leaves in the office closet will open the seating up to ten or twelve.  This table was in my Grandma’s bruder house (chicken coop) and had paint can rings all over it.  Lovingly restored, it has served itself well over the years.

Den/Office:

This small 10 X 10 room is equipped with internet service (laptops) and has a full size sleeper couch with retro fabric.  In the winter when the sun is shining, the porch will heat up to 80 degrees so the glass sliding doors in the office can be opened to welcome in the sunshine and the solar heat!

Master – Scrappers Bedroom

The Scrappers bedroom sleeps four with a queen size bed and two twin trundles.  The vaulted ceiling and back lighting provides for a spacious bedroom.  Behind the wood doors (Octagon window) is a large walk in closet for luggage and clothes.  The Scrappers bedroom is equipped with a double sink/vanity, a large shower and toilet.

Scrappers Bathroom

The master bath in the Scrappers bedroom has two sinks, a large shower and one toilet.

Quilters Bedroom

The Quilters bedroom will sleep three, a full size bed on the lower bunk and a single on the upper bunk.

Stampers Bedroom

This cozy little bedroom will sleep three.  It has three twin size beds, two of which are a daybed/trundle and can be nestled to provide more room.  A built in closet will accommodate your luggage.

Knitters Bedroom

This room has a queen sized bed with a retro bedspread (another estate sale find!).  Plenty of room for two people and a closet and table for luggage.
