Policies

The following terms and conditions need to be agreed upon by all guests of Dory’s Place.

Please Note:
• A $50 deposit per person is required to reserve your reservations along with a valid credit card on file for Dory’s Place,
• The deposits should be received 60 days prior to the retreat and the balance due 30 days before the retreat. If the balance is not received within 30 days of the retreat, your reservation may be cancelled and no refund of the deposit.
• Any reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the retreat are eligible for a full refund.
• If there is a cancellation in less than 60 days from the retreat dates, the deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement group is found. If a replacement group is found, the original groups deposit will go toward a future retreat booking.
• A temporary hold will be placed on your preferred dates for 7 days until we receive your non-refundable deposit.
• Dory’s Place owners reserve the right to make acceptions and changes.
• Your retreat coordinator should plan & coordinate meals for your group. Meals are not provided at this time, other than a welcome breakfast basket. If you are interested in a caterer, we can provide some names for you.
